Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find a Rembo retailer near me?

You can easily find our partner boutique closest to you by using our Store Locator. Alternatively, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you in finding the perfect store! If there’s no retailer in your area, please consider our Direct Order page.

How can I book an appointment to try on Rembo dresses?

You can request an appointment through our website by selecting your preferred bridal boutique and submitting your details. Please note that the request is not final until it’s confirmed by the boutique. They will reach out to you directly to confirm the date and time for your fitting.

Can I order a Rembo dress directly from you?

Our dresses are available only through our network of partner bridal boutiques. We believe every bride deserves the personalised service and expertise of a bridal boutique.

However, if there is no boutique in your area and no alternatives within a reasonable distance, we may consider a direct order. Please note that direct orders are not available in countries with a high concentration of stores, like France, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. As all our dresses are produced on demand, returns of purchases are not possible. Contact us, and we’ll help you explore the best options available.

How far in advance should I order my wedding dress?

We recommend ordering your dress at least 6 to 8 months before your wedding day to ensure there’s plenty of time for production and any necessary alterations.

What if I need urgent delivery or have a short timeline?

In certain situations, rush orders are possible. Contact your boutique as early as possible to discuss potential options and ensure everything is in place for your wedding day!

Can I try on Rembo dresses at your headquarters?

Both Rembo bridal and party dresses are available exclusively through our partner bridal boutiques. We do not offer fittings at our headquarters, but we can help you find a trusted boutique near you for a personalised experience. Find your boutique here.

What if I can’t find a specific Rembo dress at a boutique near me?

If you’re searching for a particular dress and can’t find it locally, we can arrange to send it to a boutique near you. Simply reach out to your preferred store, and they will assist in organising the request for you.

What is the price range of a Rembo dress?

Our dresses typically range from €1,700 to €2,500 for our long dresses, depending on the design and any customisations. The range for our Party collection is approximately between €700 to €1200. For exact pricing, please consult with your boutique!

Are Rembo dresses made to measure?

Yes, every Rembo dress is made to order and can be customised for a perfect fit. Your bridal boutique will help guide you through the fitting process to ensure your dress is tailored to your measurements!

Can I customise a Rembo dress?

While we stay true to our signature designs, certain customisations, such as small adjustments, might be available. Please speak with your boutique for more details on available options.

What sizes are Rembo dresses available in?

Rembo dresses are available in standard European sizes 34 to 60. If you need a different size, don’t worry, custom sizing is possible upon request. Your bridal boutique will guide you through the options to ensure the perfect fit.

Where are your dresses made?

All Rembo gowns are handcrafted in our atelier in Portugal, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship and the highest level of quality!

What makes Rembo a sustainable brand?

We produce exclusively on demand, which helps minimise overproduction and waste. Additionally, we focus on high-quality, durable materials and local production, reflecting our commitment to a sustainable future!

Do you offer coloured dresses?

Yes, we offer a Party collection featuring stylish and modern designs, perfect for mothers of the bride or bridesmaids. All of our coloured dresses are made to order and can be fully customised to your preferences, including colour choices and sizing adjustments.

How can I tie the train of my Rembo dress?

Ask your bridesmaids to help you lift the skirt. Underneath the train, you’ll find two ribbons—tie them together to keep the train off the floor. At the waistline, you’ll also find two small ribbons and two loops at the hem of the skirt. Pass one ribbon through the loops and tie it to the other ribbon. Everything tucks neatly into the chiffon, and don’t worry—you’ll still be able to unzip your dress with ease! If you’re still unsure how to do it, check out our step-by-step guidance video.

Do you ever organise sample sales?

Yes, we hold an annual sample sale at our headquarters in Antwerp every May. The sale features dresses from previous collections and allows brides to purchase gowns at a reduced price.

What are the washing instructions for Rembo dresses?

We recommend having your Rembo dress professionally cleaned by a specialist.

If you choose to clean it yourself, always check the fabric label and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals. For small stains, gently dab with a soft cloth and mild detergent in lukewarm water – turn the dress inside out for extra care.

After cleaning, store your gown in a cool, dark place using acid-free tissue paper and a preservation box or the cover from your bridal boutique. Avoid plastic, damp spaces, or direct sunlight to keep your dress in perfect condition!

My dress didn’t include a QR code. Can I still get one?

Absolutely! Please contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to provide you with your QR code so you can explore the process behind the creation of your dress.

Why does my dress still have a “Rembo Styling” tag?

During our transition phase, some dresses were still shipped with the original “Rembo Styling” label. From the new collection onward, all dresses will feature the refined Rembo logo. Rest assured, the design and quality remain exactly the same.
